Wear It Pink!

On Friday, 25th October, Ucan hosted a ‘Wear It Pink’ day in aid of Breast Cancer Now, the leading charity in breast cancer research and support in the UK.

This is the second event we have held this year for Breast Cancer Now. In August, we hosted family and friends at our charity Afternoon Tea, which raised a whopping £1258.21! Take a look at the pictures below from that fantastic afternoon - we wish we could go back and do it all over again!

Friday’s event was just as much fun, and maybe even more pink! We raised a fantastic amount of money through generous donations from our Trainees, their friends and families. The dress code was anything pink, from pyjamas to trainers, and we enjoyed a brilliant afternoon doing a pink-themed quiz with pink cakes and pink juice at half-time. This event was organised by our Trainer, Katelynne, and we can’t thank her enough for all the hard work she put into making this another brilliant charity day for Ucan!
